"What about Boots over there? She's cute."

Bucky tilted his head slightly and gave a noncommittal shrug. "Cute, but I got five that says the phrase 'God Bless America' comes out of her mouth if they dance and she feels his arms."

"Who do you like then?" Natasha ran her tongue over her her lips before taking a drink of beer. Bucky and herself arrived to the bar a half hour before Steve to find someone for him to meet.

It was a weekly thing now, not very successful so far, but there was some slow progress. He recieved some phone numbers once he accepted his fate. They didn't know how well anything went after that though, insisting that he doesn't kiss and tell.

"There, twins. He can get to know both and have his pick." He pointed across the crowded room to two brunettes waiting for drinks at the bar.

"Congratulations James, you just upgrades the third wheel situation to a fifth wheel. And somewhere Tony Stark is making a comment about always having a spare."

Bucky rolled his eyes, but knew that she was right. "Alright, alright, there's got to be someone that we can both agree on here."

Natasha and Bucky scanned the room, making small observational comments with each potential woman they saw. They didn't notice Steve walk up to their table right away.

"You know, for two people observing who to set me up with, neither of you noticed when I arrived." He pulled out his chair with a joking smile. He knew his friends meant well, but it was fun to be the one giving them a hard time.

Bucky threw up his hands in defeat but Natasha didn't even try to look ashamed. "You walked in ten minutes ago because our regular waitress fixed her ponytail and spilled a beer."

As if on queue, their waitress walked up to the table, ready to take Steve's order. "So what can I get you tonight?"

"I don't think we've ever introduced ourselves in all the times we've come here. Have you met our great friend? His names Steve. Fantastic dancer." Bucky put on his most charming smile as he clapped Steve on the shoulder.

Natasha stood up, wearing a smile. "You seem like you'd be pretty good at dancing too, you move through the crowds with ease."

Bucky nodded in agreement, pushing his chair back and offering it to the waitress. "Mind keeping him company for a bit? Red and I have a date with the pool table."

Natasha and Bucky walked away before either could protest. They made their way towards the pool table to see how it went.
